Foremost of us the thought has never crossed our minds. For most the permenancy and the solid foundation that was lain before our time would seem to last the test of time. It seems that this Nation we call home could not be dissuaded to another more unfavorable route.

Perhaps this is not so, even Benjamin Franklin in his speech given before those assembled to sign the Constitution said, “Sir, I agree to this Constitution, with all its faults, if they are such; because I think a general Government necessary for us, and there is no form of government but what may be a blessing to the people if well administered, and believe farther that this is likely to be well administered for a course of years, and can only end in Despotism, as other forms have done before it, when the people shall become so corrupted as to need despotic Government, being incapable of any other.”

For most of us we unfortunately don’t understand the sacrifices that had to be made to get us to this point in history where we could use the Liberties given of God on this home of the free and land of the brave.

Perhaps it is the paramount failure of public teachings to study the true foundations upon which this country of our was founded. More than likely it has been a concerted and orchestrated effort to dilute the American Way from it’s faith-based concentrate with the thinning influence of pervasivism and progressionism. This being done in the name of Academia since the introduction of Country relativism by Woodrow Wilson nearly a century ago as the new “enlightened” scholastic approach.

If it hadn’t been for despot lusting for power and dominaton of their fellowmen in other parts of the world; If it weren’t for the massive death and destruction on an unparalleled degree which brought the greater populace back to the remembrance from where they received the greater gifts and upon Whom they rely. We should have been further along on this path of forgetting the rock on which we have been built.

As it has been positioned by the professor at Harvard who currently holds the Woodrow Wilson Chair at the University, this systematic method of loosening the connection of the Divine Hand in the setting up of this Nation. That the words of those who’s charge it was to place us just so, are more often labeled outdated and in some instances as heretic to the original intent of those who worked out this great Nation. The country’s Founding Fathers and the resulting documents inspired on the highest ideal and revealed to His instruments of His design have come under fire as irrelevant and unrealistic when compared to modern lines of thought and practice.

If the progressive line of thought is being followed, which all evidence is pointing to be the case, by those who’s charge s the teaching of the rising generation (our universities) then it is irrelevant. Why? Because the premise of the latter (progressivism) is in no way the premise of the former (Founding Fathers) thus having no connection to the other.

By working dogmatically to supplant the actual (Founding Fathers) with the proposed theory of the latter (progressivism) over the last 88 years have taken prayer out of the classrooms; patriotism out of the flag; and God out of our Government. The quagmire which result on these developments envelop all branches of the Nation’s Governance.

By allowing this disconnection to take place, to allow the tossing by the wayside the original writing, correspondence, and public articles of those who formed the United States of America – of Washington, Hamilton, Jefferson, Adams, Madison and Franklin, just to name a few, then we risk losing what is most precious of worth, the Cause and Vision of why the US of A was created in the first place..

Do we risk losing what we once had? The divine right, the prowress, the strength derived from the knowledge of the true nature of our Creator and the inspiration He gave and was felt by our country’s Founding Fathers. It all can be lost, by and by, if we are not vigilant in teaching what sacrifices were made and what this Nation, built on the Faith of God was hoped to be.

Let us teach all who are in our care, the true meaning of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Let us not allow the hijacking of our country’s greatness to the mediocrity of Progressivism and Socialism epsoused by the leaders of the political parties. Let us stand and be counted valiant in this grand experiment derived from the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution.
