Can I dry everything “in place,” or do I need to tear things out?

If water reached drywall insulation, baseboards, or flooring layers, removal is often required to prevent trapped moisture and microbial growth. “In-place” drying can work in some scenarios, but it must be properly assessed, monitored, and executed by RainFire Restoration.
